The question is : “Why -the heck- another Latex to html converter ?” The answer is : “Because I need It, I didn’t found/search something that fit my needs.”
So if like me you need to convert a LaTex Document in a very basic html document, try it.
At the moment, it is very basic and just fit what I need and It may(will) give you strange result because it has not been tested on various documents written by different people. I know, the code is not well designed...

Untar the archive found in download section.
What you need is Python and a .tex document.
In the install path, run :
./tex2htmemel path_to_your_document.tex
This will (instantly) produce a file out.html.
